Organic Chamomile

Chamomile / camomile – (latin version / old English) either spelling it is from the Daisy family.  Two common types of chamomile that are often used for tea blends or just on their own are Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) German chamomile (Matricaris retutica).  It is often used as a calmative and relaxant.
